Job description
Scope :
The expert will support the ServiceNow Platform Administrator and contribute to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the platform, with a specific focus on integrations and CMDB data quality.
Daily tasks :
Perform general administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, including user, role, and configuration management.
Support and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other corporate systems, ensuring reliability, security, and proper data exchange.
Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with CSDM principles.
Manage incident resolution and request fulfilment, escalating issues when needed and ensuring compliance with change management processes.
Maintain and update technical documentation related to platform configuration, integrations, and infrastructure components.
Liaise with stakeholders and support testing and deployment of new features, integrations, and upgrades.
Job requirements
Expertise required :
Proven ServiceNow administration experience, with emphasis on integrations and CMDB management.
Solid understanding of ITSM and CSDM principles.
Experience drafting technical documentation and end-user materials.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (or equivalent certification).
ITIL V4 Foundation Certification, or commitment to obtain it within 3 months of contract start.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and platform stability.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Additional skills: experience with API/REST integrations are considered strong assets
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
