We are looking for a motivated IT Support specialist to join our team. Maybe you would be the next one ?
As the first point of contact for our users, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality technical support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing mainly first-level support (remote & on-site) to maximize first-call resolution rates
Logging, tracking, and monitoring incidents, requests, and identified problems
Supporting PC configuration, reinstallation, and troubleshooting
Documenting and updating operational support procedures
Enriching our knowledge base with technical content
Testing and administering specific applications
Working closely with system and database administration teams on operational tasks

Job requirements
A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
Fluency in English (minimum B2) and French; knowledge of additional European languages will be a strong asset
Autonomy, adaptability, and versatility across diverse IT domains
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with MS Office applications
Solid understanding of end-user workstations, particularly Windows environments
ITIL V4 Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain it within 3 months of joining)
