We are looking for a motivated IT Support specialist to join our team. Maybe you would be the next one ?


As the first point of contact for our users, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality technical support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing mainly first-level support (remote & on-site) to maximize first-call resolution rates

  • Logging, tracking, and monitoring incidents, requests, and identified problems

  • Supporting PC configuration, reinstallation, and troubleshooting

  • Documenting and updating operational support procedures

  • Enriching our knowledge base with technical content

  • Testing and administering specific applications

  • Working closely with system and database administration teams on operational tasks

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a similar position

  • Fluency in English (minimum B2) and French; knowledge of additional European languages will be a strong asset

  • Autonomy, adaptability, and versatility across diverse IT domains

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications

  • Solid understanding of end-user workstations, particularly Windows environments

  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain it within 3 months of joining)
