
Job description
We are looking for a highly organised and technically aware Agile Coordinator to support architecture governance, delivery alignment and cross-team collaboration within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring consistency, traceability and communication across enterprise-level architectural initiatives.
The consultant will work closely with the HRAO and multiple stakeholders including architects, product owners, developers and business representatives.
Main responsibilities:
The selected candidate will coordinate planning, follow-up, and communication activities related to architecture streams:
Work Planning & Coordination
Organise, prioritise and manage work items across architecture backlogs
Align enterprise architecture priorities with delivery streams and platform capabilities
Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.) under the SAFe framework
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Serve as liaison between technical leads, architects, business stakeholders and delivery teams
Ensure milestones, dependencies and deliverables are clear and synchronised across streams
Prepare and deliver communication materials for diverse audiences (e.g. governance boards, HR, product teams)
Technical Awareness & Follow-Up
Develop a working knowledge of core technical topics (integration, system architecture, ServiceNow)
Monitor implementation of architectural decisions across the involved teams
Coordinate resolution of blockers, especially integration-related ones
Governance & Delivery Alignment
Promote adherence to platform standards and architecture governance processes
Ensure traceability from architectural design through to deployment and operational support
All work activities are framed within the SAFe methodology and assigned through regular sprint planning.
Job requirements
Required skills and profile:
The ideal candidate combines strong coordination skills with a solid understanding of Agile delivery in complex environments:
Proven experience in project or Scrum management (SAFe experience or certification highly valued)
Background in cross-functional project delivery in technical and/or HR domains
Ability to understand technical topics such as system integration, ServiceNow configuration, or platform interactions
Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Interest in platform innovation and digital transformation initiatives
Previous exposure to HR processes and systems is considered an advantage
Required expertise:
Hands-on experience leading Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
Experience managing Program Increment (PI) planning and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Proven ability to coordinate backlog items, cross-team dependencies, and platform integration workstreams
Prior experience delivering HR-related solutions: onboarding workflows, case management, personnel data integrations
Certifications (considered an asset):
PMP, PRINCE2 Foundation or PM² Certified
Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II/III) or SAFe Scrum Master
ITIL Foundation or equivalent
