Overview:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Support Officer with hands-on functional experience to ensure smooth platform operations and enhance user experience for our client. This role combines user support, platform configuration, and functional consulting, focusing on maintaining and improving existing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Incident, Change, and CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line and ongoing user support to ensure smooth ServiceNow platform usage.

  • Manage tickets, user permissions, and access controls in line with company policies.

  • Configure and maintain existing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Incident, Change, CMDB) to meet evolving business needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

  • Monitor and report on system performance, usage, and user satisfaction.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Create and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards within ServiceNow for performance and compliance tracking.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Support Officer, Functional Consultant, or Implementer.

  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, including Incident, Change, and CMDB modules.

  • Experience in user support, ticket management, and reporting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

  • Experience configuring and maintaining ServiceNow workflows and permissions.

  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow administration, scripting, or basic development.

  • Knowledge of ITIL principles or IT Service Management best practices.

  • Familiarity with integrations and automation within ServiceNow.
