SAP BO / SAC Administrator (on-site)

We are looking for a SAP BusinessObjects & Analytics Consultant able to administer, optimize, and secure reporting platforms while ensuring strong performance, governance, and reliability.

Mission:
• Administer the full lifecycle of SAP BusinessObjects platforms (configuration, maintenance, upgrades)
• Manage security models, user access, roles, and permissions
• Monitor and optimize platform performance (servers, services, workloads)
• Ensure stability, patching, and version upgrades of the environment
• Support development teams with universe management (UNX/UNV) and connection configurations
• Implement and maintain governance frameworks, usage monitoring, and compliance reporting
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of reporting solutions
• Manage and configure SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) connectivity via SAP Cloud Connector
• Ensure secure data integration between cloud and on-premise systems
• Monitor connectivity, manage certificates, and troubleshoot network and access issues
• Configure and maintain data models and ensure data availability and consistency
• Administer users, roles, and licenses across platforms
• Participate in continuous improvement, performance optimization, and system reliability initiatives
• Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and infrastructure stakeholders

Technical environment:
SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Cloud Connector, UNX/UNV, Web Intelligence, APS, Adaptive Job Server, Windows Server, SQL, PowerShell, scripting, network/security configurations, optional exposure to Power BI and other reporting tools

Must have:
• Strong expertise in SAP BusinessObjects administration
• Experience with platform monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of security models and access management
• Understanding of data governance, compliance, and reporting environments
• Ability to manage complex systems and ensure platform stability
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
• Autonomy, reliability, and sense of ownership
• Ability to adapt to different technical environments and priorities

Nice to have:
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Cloud Connector
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, shell, JavaScript)
• Exposure to other tools (Power BI, additional reporting platforms)
• Basic knowledge of Windows server administration
• Experience in multi-platform environments
• Strong mentoring mindset and ability to support junior team members
