We are seeking a skilled Communication Portfolio Manager to oversee a strategic portfolio of communication-related projects and services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives in areas such as digital communications, campaigns, content creation, and media services. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with a strategic approach to stakeholder engagement and communication delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of communication projects and services, ensuring they align with the client’s strategic communication objectives.
Allocate resources based on needs, define work packages, and oversee deliverables related to communication outputs (e.g., campaigns, websites, publications, social media content).
Conduct quality control and risk analysis, and ensure timely follow-up on all ongoing activities.
Participate in editorial boards, project meetings, and stakeholder workshops.
Drive portfolio-level planning and resource allocation across diverse communication activities.
Report on progress, risks, and changes in scope to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Assess and coordinate change requests in response to evolving communication needs or priorities.
Ensure that all deliverables meet defined business and communication objectives, while respecting brand and editorial guidelines.
Oversee quality assurance processes and user acceptance testing, particularly for digital communication products.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams, fostering motivation and professional growth in areas such as graphic design, content strategy, event organisation, and digital media.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Proven experience in portfolio, project, service, and/or quality management within the communication sector.
Strong understanding of communication strategies, content workflows, and media production processes.
Knowledge of recognized management standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a flexible and solutions-oriented approach.
Proficiency in widely used project and portfolio management tools.
Strong focus on end-user experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
Excellent command of English (C1 level in understanding, speaking, and writing).
