About the Role

We're looking for a talented Online Communication Consultant to join our team and support the development, coordination, and implementation of online communication strategies for a major European institution. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact digital communication projects at the EU level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital communication plans across web and social media platforms

  • Coordinate content creation and updates for websites and social media channels

  • Draft engaging content including news items, features, and campaign material

  • Monitor and analyze online engagement metrics and report on performance

  • Work closely with policy experts, designers, developers, and external stakeholders

  • Ensure consistency with institutional communication standards and branding

  • Provide input for audiovisual content such as graphics, infographics, and videos

  • Contribute to digital communication campaigns and event promotion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital communication

  • Strong writing and editing skills for web and social media

  • Experience with web content management systems (e.g. Drupal, WordPress)

  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms

  • Excellent command of English (C1 level); knowledge of other EU languages is a plus

  • Experience working with or for EU institutions is an asset
