💼 Responsibilities
As a Graphic Designer, you will:
Develop innovative visual concepts aligned with project briefs and objectives.
Design high-quality digital assets for websites, social media, and interactive platforms.
Create infographics, illustrations, icons, motion graphics, and interactive elements.
Establish consistent visual identities and templates for campaigns, web platforms, and publications (reports, brochures, newsletters).
Transform raw data and financial information into compelling and understandable visuals.
Ensure all design work aligns with corporate branding guidelines and speaks to the intended audience.
Adapt layouts for multiple languages and formats (digital and print).
Collaborate closely with project teams while maintaining autonomy in execution.
🛠 Skills and Requirements
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and effective graphic design work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Experience with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and MS Word for layout design.
Skilled in designing for multi-channel delivery: digital, print, social, events.
Ability to interpret complex data and present it visually with clarity and creativity.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Capacity to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality.
Fluent in English (B2 level or higher in understanding, speaking, writing).
✅ Nice to Have
Experience working on EU communication projects or within institutional environments.
Knowledge of other EU languages.
Familiarity with budget-related or financial communication is an asset.
