💼 Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

  • Develop innovative visual concepts aligned with project briefs and objectives.

  • Design high-quality digital assets for websites, social media, and interactive platforms.

  • Create infographics, illustrations, icons, motion graphics, and interactive elements.

  • Establish consistent visual identities and templates for campaigns, web platforms, and publications (reports, brochures, newsletters).

  • Transform raw data and financial information into compelling and understandable visuals.

  • Ensure all design work aligns with corporate branding guidelines and speaks to the intended audience.

  • Adapt layouts for multiple languages and formats (digital and print).

  • Collaborate closely with project teams while maintaining autonomy in execution.

🛠 Skills and Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and effective graphic design work.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

  • Experience with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and MS Word for layout design.

  • Skilled in designing for multi-channel delivery: digital, print, social, events.

  • Ability to interpret complex data and present it visually with clarity and creativity.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Capacity to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent quality.

  • Fluent in English (B2 level or higher in understanding, speaking, writing).

✅ Nice to Have

  • Experience working on EU communication projects or within institutional environments.

  • Knowledge of other EU languages.

  • Familiarity with budget-related or financial communication is an asset.
