Expert in DevOps - CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, AWS Cloud

Nature of Tasks

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Plan, implement, and upgrade DevSecOps pipelines

• Facilitate the continuous delivery of IT applications by utilizing Application Lifecycle Management and automation tools

• Promote the usage of DevSecOps methodologies for IT projects

• Architect and design API Security, Container Security, Cloud Security

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE AND TECHNOLOGIES

• At least 10 years of specific expertise in Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems

• At least 10 years of specific expertise in DevOps & Cloud: CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, AWS Cloud (CodeBuild, Secret manager, EKS, CloudFront, etc)

• At least 10 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge with DevOps container or serverless/orchestration tools (ie: Docker, Ansible, Terrafom, buildpacks, Kubernetes, etc.)

• At least 8 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge in at least a programming language (JAVA, Python, Bash, Perl, etc.)

• At least 8 years of specific expertise in Security Testing & Dependency Management: SAST, DAST, Fortify, SonarQube, Sonatype, Dependency-Track, Maven

• At least 8 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge in cloud security architecture and security requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Security: OpenID Connect, OAuth2, TLS, Keycloak

• At least 6 years of specific expertise in Managing Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Virtuoso Triple Store, Opensearch

• At least 6 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge with Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus etc.)

• At least 6 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge in the Cloud (preferably AWS)

• At least 10 years of specific expertise in Collaboration & Productivity Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Office 365, SharePoint

KNOWLEDGE AND (NON-TECHNICAL) SKILLS

• Ability to apply high quality standards to all tasks

• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills

• Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in a team, understanding the needs, objectives, and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions

• Ability to adapt to unplanned changes or decisions

• Ability to understand, speak and write in English C2

• High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and maintained in SANTE.R.4 contain personal and confidential data

CERTIFICATION AND/OR STANDARDS

• Mandatory certifications (one of):

  • Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP) certification

  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

  • Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert

  • Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer

  • Equivalent to be approved by the Commission
