Senior Analyst

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a prestigious European Institution based in Brussels. This is a long-term engagement with expected on-site presence 3 days per week (60% on-site / 40% remote).

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis and modelling using tools such as Microsoft Visio or equivalent.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, validate, and formalize business requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation for IT development teams.

• Support the testing and implementation phases of new solutions and processes.

• Act as a bridge between functional teams and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes across the institution.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex, structured environments.

• Strong process modelling skills with hands-on experience using Visio or similar tools.

• Knowledge of and familiarity with the functioning of European institutions is a strong asset.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and proactively in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
