Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Platform Administrator to join our team for an exciting mission with one of our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive administration and support of Power Platform tenants and environments, focusing on Power Apps and Power Automate.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Power Platform tenants and environments, including environment creation, user management, resource and service optimization, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support, addressing technical issues and ensuring optimal performance.

  • Automate administrative tasks using scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell and Power Automate.

  • Monitor platform performance and optimize capacity and licensing models.

  • Establish, enforce, and present technical guidelines and governance policies.

  • Implement and manage data loss prevention (DLP) policies to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

  • Handle support tickets and incident management for Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Proficiency in Power Platform administration tools and the Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit.

    • Strong skills in Azure Active Directory (AAD).

    • A fair understanding of SharePoint Online (SPO) and Microsoft 365 areas.

    • Expertise in licensing models, capacity management, platform monitoring, and performance optimization.

    • Familiarity with environment strategy and implementation.

  • Scripting and Automation:

    • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Power Automate for administrative automation.

  • Communication and Collaboration:

    • Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.

    • Strong customer focus with the ability to address user and business needs effectively.

    • Excellent communication skills, particularly in intercultural organizations.

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in system administration/IT support, with at least 2 years focused on Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) at an enterprise scale.

    • Experience in large-scale organizations is highly desirable.

  • Languages:

    • Proficient spoken and written English (minimum C1 level).

    • French knowledge is an asset (B2 level or higher). Knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
