Introduction / Context

 We are looking for a young and motivated candidate to join our client’s team.

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a proactive and communicative Onboarding Trainer/Assistant to support the onboarding of Users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping the business unit to maintain and delivering onboarding training sessions, and user guides and implementing the communication and onboarding strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Preparation & Delivery:

  • Design and deliver engaging onboarding sessions using PowerPoint and other digital tools.

  • Revision of the material delivered by the IT Unit.

  • Facilitate live training sessions (online and in-person).

Content Development & Management:

  • Help in update and maintain user guides and onboarding documentation.

  • Review and revise training materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with EC standards.

  • Manage and update onboarding content on SharePoint.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Act as a point of contact for onboarding-related queries.

  • Collaborate with the different teams to ensure a good communication and ensure an efficient implementation of the communication and onboarding strategy.

Job requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).

·       Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint.

·       Ability to revise clear, user-friendly documentation.

·       Solid technical understanding of IT systems and applications (preferably Eudamed or similar).

·       Experience as a Business Analyst or in IT-related roles to support technical onboarding processes.

·       Experience with video presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Stream, Camtasia, or similar).

·       Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Desirable:

·       Previous experience in a European institution or international organization.

·       Familiarity with EU administrative procedures and tools.

·       Knowledge of additional EU languages is a plus.

·       Knowledge of the regulatory framework on medical device

1 year contract from Jan 2026- Dec 2026 => possible to extend.
