  • On-site
    • Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Job description

At Sword Technologies, we support our clients in their digital transformation projects by contributing to high value-added missions within demanding environments.
We place particular emphasis on the quality of the assignments we offer, as well as on supporting our employees in their professional development.
As part of our growth, we are looking for talented individuals to strengthen our teams.

Job requirements

We are looking for an AI Change Manager capable of structuring and prioritising a portfolio of AI initiatives while orchestrating business stakeholder engagement to accelerate enterprise-wide adoption.

Mission:

Within the AI division of a major financial services organisation, you will act as the central interface between business teams, AI Champions, and AI technical teams. Your first responsibility will be to review and rationalise the existing AI use case portfolio by identifying duplicates, incomplete submissions, dependencies, and maturity levels, in order to produce a structured, consistent, and actionable portfolio view. You will define and apply a prioritisation framework covering business value, strategic relevance, feasibility, data readiness, implementation complexity, risk, and level of sponsorship.

Working closely with AI solution architects, data scientists, and IT delivery teams, you will translate business needs into structured requirements, use case descriptions, process analyses (BPMN), functional specifications, and business cases. You will facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to refine use cases, clarify business problems, expected outcomes, success measures, and implementation assumptions. You will ensure ongoing alignment with AI governance, enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data management principles.

You will contribute to the preparation of an implementation roadmap for selected use cases, taking into account sequencing, dependencies, change impacts, and adoption requirements. In parallel, you will support business upskilling by producing templates, submission guidelines, and training materials to improve the quality of future AI initiatives. Regular structured reporting on portfolio status, decisions, risks, and next steps will be expected throughout the assignment.

Technical Environment:

Must have:

  • Proven experience in business analysis and change management within digital or technology transformation environments

  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, use case assessment, and roadmap preparation

  • Experience facilitating workshops, managing stakeholders, and driving adoption

  • Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI assistants, and enterprise AI platforms

  • Ability to assess AI use cases in terms of business value, feasibility, data readiness, risk, and implementation complexity

  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, data management, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise architecture

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to produce professional documentation and communicate effectively with international stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the financial services sector within AI or digital transformation initiatives

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, UiPath, and Azure AI Foundry

  • Knowledge of Citizen Development and RPA tools

  • Good command of Agile methodologies, BPMN notation, and Azure DevOps

  • Experience defining lightweight operating models for AI portfolio governance and monitoring

  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance principles in regulated environments
