IT Operations and security engineer - Linux/Swift

The Expert in IT Operations will work mainly in the context of the various components managed by the client, covering the entire processes including the SWIFT/EastNets components. It will include NGEU and Bloomberg/Eurex support and local applications. Linux will be the main OS to support (included related tools and utilities).

The Expert in IT Operations will, amongst other things, ensure the best practices for security are put in place, check the operational "good working" of the IT components, run periodic tests concerning the SWIFT/Bloomberg related processes, assist Treasury unit and Infrastructure unit in terms of Business Continuity and Security matters, participate to the evolution of the scope of activities concerned.

He/she will assist on request the LISO the implementation of the security policies.

He/she will support the monitoring and evolution of the products and will perform installations and upgrades; he will implement and setup new infrastructure and software and support; resolve technical bugs; he will support the publication/running of applications on various media and ensure the right security is put in place.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Linux system administration

• Proven experience with SWIFT / EastNets and payment services

• Experience in IT Operations and infrastructure management

• Knowledge of Windows, virtualisation and SAN/storage

• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting and 2nd-line support

• Knowledge of backup & restore, security and SSL certificates

• Experience with infrastructure/software installation and upgrades

• Knowledge of Business Continuity and IT security practices
