Tasks
General:
Tasks are defined following the work plan accepted by the steering committees. Adaptations to the work plan might occur throughout the year.
Activities:
Develop and maintain applications in accordance with specifications and technical best practices.
Requirements' analysis.
Define and document standard application architectures.
Create process and data models, draw up technical specifications, build prototypes.
Investigate technical solutions which meet a list of requirements and standards.
Assist the project manager in making proposals for the definition of tasks, estimates and deliverables.
Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings.
Develop unit, functional and integration test suites, plans and programs.
Define and integrate technological components or applications.
Produce technical and user documentation.
Assist business users of the system.
Develop continuous integration and continuous deployment scripts, and assist to the overall deployment and configuration of the system.
Take part in application support by investigating issues (3rd level support).
Coach and support other colleagues.

Expected Experience:
Facilitate Agile practices: Manage projects from conception (vision and roadmap creation) to completion, using Agile methodologies (Scrum) and PM² best practices, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational strategies.
Develop and adapt project strategies: Co-create project strategies and objectives, maintaining transparency through project backlogs, sprint goals, and deliverables. Review and continuously improve plans, focusing on iteration and feedback loops.
Empower self-organizing teams: Guide and mentor Agile teams, ensuring that they are empowered to manage their own work, remove blockers, and continuously improve their workflows.
Participate in Agile ceremonies: Lead or participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other key Agile ceremonies to track progress and drive iterative improvements.
Cost and resource estimation in Agile: Collaborate with teams to estimate stories and epics, track velocity, and ensure alignment of resource planning with sprint capacity. Manage and communicate budget adherence in a transparent manner.
Maintain project visibility: Keep project and quality plans visible and adaptable, using tools like Jira and Confluence, to maintain transparency. Provide regular, concise, and accurate updates on sprint progress, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles: Monitor results, including costs, timelines, and team capacity, and ensure delivery remains within agreed sprint goals and definition of done (DoD). Adapt plans as necessary to reflect changing project and business needs.
Change management in Agile contexts: Manage change requests effectively, ensuring they are integrated within Agile sprints with minimal disruption to ongoing work. Collaborate with the Business Managers and stakeholders to re-prioritize backlog items if necessary.
Agile tools mastery: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent Agile project management tools for backlog management, sprint tracking, and project visibility.
DevOps experience: Proven experience in integrating DevOps practices into Agile workflows. Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), automated testing, and monitoring to accelerate delivery pipelines.
Agile frameworks: Expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with experience in facilitating sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
PM² methodology: Strong knowledge of PM² practices, focusing on aligning project management standards with Agile principles and organizational goals.
Data analysis and reporting: Familiarity with Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts, cumulative flow diagrams) and the ability to generate actionable insights from project data.
Quality assurance: Experience with test-driven development (TDD) or other quality-centric practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
